The Botanic Sapa was awesome in every way. The hotel was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. We were kinda surprised with daily afternoon snacks and water for our treks. The breakfast portions were so generous that we didn't need to eat lunch. The location was perfect, just a one-minute walk to the main road but still peaceful and quiet. The mountain views from our first-floor room were amazing. But the highlight of our stay was Van, the host, were really nice to make our trip seamless. She gave us insider tips on hidden waterfalls and other secret sightseeing spots that turned out to be the best part of Sapa for us. Van helped us arrange a private trek and even provided detailed maps for local restaurants and attractions. She made us feel at home, and her adorable daughter and friendly chihuahua added to the warm hospitality. we can't recommend the Botanic Sapa enough!
the hotel has steps that may be challenging for mobility-impaired individuals. Despite these minor inconveniences, we would gladly book the Botanic Sapa again.
